Follow Route 7 South into Rutland and make a right onto West Street/ US-4. The Clement Building is on the right side of street, at the corner of West St. and Merchants Row.

 FROM THE SOUTH

Take 7 North into Rutland.  Turn slight left onto Strongs Avenue.  Strongs Ave. becomes Merchants Row.  Follow Merchants Row to intersection with West Street. The Clement Building is located on the corner of Merchants Row and West St.
